All products purchased at LD World Global cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms.
Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please call Customer Service at +60163719850. If we determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product. LD World Global reserves the right to test your defective products.
To send back a product eligible for exchange, simply follow the instruction of our Store Customer Service and send back your product with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product.
Please note the following
– Eligible products can be exchanged only in Malaysia.
– No refund or exchange is eligible outside the Malaysia.
Risk of Loss
LD World Global will arrange delivery of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s), except software, and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. LD World Global reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow LD World Global to sign appropriate documents on Customers’ behalf to permit LD World Global to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. The Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. LD World Global will advise the Customer of estimated shipping dates, but LD World Global will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
